Procure+ is a procurement, inventory, shipment, sales, and reporting application provided by Batola Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how Procure+ collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Procure+ mobile application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Procure+ may collect and process the following information:

Account Information
- Name
- Email address
- User role, such as owner, manager, or seller
- Business account information
- Login/session information required to access the app

Business and Operational Data
- Product names, SKUs, brands, descriptions, and product photos
- Supplier information
- Purchase batches and purchase item details
- Shipment details, including carrier, route, tracking, dates, and shipment costs
- Inventory quantities, landed costs, pricing, and stock status
- Sales records, customer names, customer phone numbers, payment status, and payment history
- Expenses, reports, and exchange-rate records

Photos and Camera Access
Procure+ may request access to your camera or photo library so you can take or upload product photos. Photos are used only for product and inventory management inside the app.

Technical Information
We may collect technical information needed to operate and secure the app, such as device type, app version, IP address, error logs, authentication tokens, and server request logs.


2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Create and manage user accounts
- Authenticate users and protect business data
- Manage products, purchases, shipments, inventory, sales, payments, expenses, and reports
- Upload and display product photos

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate Procure+, including:

- Cloud hosting and database providers
- File/object storage providers for product photos
- Authentication, security, logging, and infrastructure services
- App store and payment providers if subscriptions or in-app purchases are enabled

These providers are used only to operate, secure, and support the app.


4. Camera and Photo Library Permission

Procure+ uses camera and photo library access only when you choose to take or upload a product photo. The app does not use your camera in the background. Product photos are stored so they can be displayed in product, inventory, and stock screens for authorized users of the same business account.


5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including authenticated access, role-based access controls, encrypted network communication, and controlled server-side storage.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.


6. Data Retention

We retain account, business, inventory, sales, payment, shipment, photo, and reporting data for as long as needed to provide Procure+ services, support business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

When data is no longer needed, we may delete or anonymize it according to operational and legal requirements.

Deletion requests may require verification of account ownership. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, backup, or dispute-resolution purposes.


8. User Roles and Business Access

Procure+ supports role-based access. Owners, managers, and sellers may have different permissions. Business owners or authorized managers may control access to business data within their organization.


9. Children’s Privacy

Procure+ is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.


10. International Use

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using Procure+, you understand that your information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we update it, we will change the effective date above. Continued use of Procure+ after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
